When you connect external services, Evidanto may import information from ORCID, Google Scholar, OpenAlex, and other supported providers — only with your explicit authorization.
Career Twin™ uses artificial intelligence to analyze career evidence and generate personalized insights. AI recommendations support career planning and should not be considered professional, legal, or employment advice.
Your career data belongs to you. Evidanto does not sell your personal information. You may access, export, modify or delete your information at any time.
We only share information when necessary to operate the platform — with authentication providers, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, or when required by law. We never sell personal data.
We protect your information using industry-standard practices: encrypted communication, secure authentication, protected infrastructure, access controls, and continuous monitoring.
If you use the Evidanto Opportunity Capture browser extension, it only accesses a page's information when you explicitly click "Save to Evidanto" (or choose to capture your selected text) — never automatically or in the background. When you do, it may send us the active page's URL, its title, and the visible or selected text needed to capture the opportunity.
We use this information to create and let you review an Opportunity in Evidanto, then analyze it against your Career Twin™ to provide readiness, evidence, gap, and next-action intelligence — the same analysis every other way of adding an opportunity (pasting, importing a URL, or entering one manually) already goes through.
The extension does not monitor your browsing, does not collect your browsing history, does not read other tabs, does not collect passwords, and does not read or store cookies. It never sells captured information and never uses it for advertising. Captured opportunity data is retained under the same account data practices described elsewhere in this policy — for as long as it remains part of your account, until you delete the opportunity or delete your account.
